Refund policy

Build fees

The Build Fee is fully refundable for fourteen days from payment, for any reason, minus third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as a non-refundable domain registration or stock media license).

After your Client Site goes live, the Build Fee is earned and non-refundable except where we failed to deliver what was agreed—in that case we will fix the issue at no charge rather than withhold a refund arbitrarily.

Monthly Service Fee

The Monthly Service Fee pays for the upcoming month. A month already started is not prorated or refunded. Prepaid months not yet used are refunded in full if you cancel before those months begin.

Failed or duplicate charges

Report duplicate charges to billing@webbify.build within thirty days; confirmed duplicates are refunded within three business days to the original payment method.

Email billing@webbify.build from your Account email or call (619) 786-0989. Refunds typically post within five to ten business days.
