It forms part of our Terms of Service at webbify.build/legal/terms/ and applies to you and to everyone who uses the Services on your behalf.

2. Messaging, email, and spam
You may not use the Services to send unsolicited commercial email or text messages, or any message that does not comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, and similar laws. You must have the consent the law requires before messaging a recipient, honor opt-out requests promptly, include accurate sender information, and not send to purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
3. Security and abuse of the Services
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other clients' Client Sites, or any system or network;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or bypass any authentication, rate limit, or security measure, without our written permission;

- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to others except as the Terms allow.
4. High-risk uses
You may not use the Services, including any automated or agentic feature, to make decisions about a person's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, or government benefits without an independent, lawful human review, or for any use in which a failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage.
5. Data and privacy
You may not collect, use, or disclose personal information through a Client Site or the Services without providing the notices and obtaining the consents required by law. You may not collect payment card numbers, health records, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through a Client Site unless we have agreed in writing to support that use with appropriate safeguards.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we reasonably believe you have violated it, we may remove or disable content, suspend messaging or hosting, or terminate the Agreement, as described in the Terms. Where practicable and lawful, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the problem before acting, but we may act immediately when a violation creates legal, security, or reputational risk. We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with lawful requests. We are not obliged to monitor the Services, and a decision not to act in one case does not waive our right to act in another.
7. Reporting a violation
To report abuse of the Services or a Client Site, contact us through the contact form at webbify.build/contact or at hello@webbify.build. Copyright complaints should follow the procedure in Section 20 of the Terms of Service.
